These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Nexus Holdings, LLC ("Nexus").

Program description

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Nexus about your inquiry or application, appointment scheduling and reminders, customer care and service updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our web forms, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT.
